Are your items shipped discreetly? What kind of packaging is used?

Our packaging is unmarked (no logos or company branding) and will be addressed from “Warehouse”. Every order is packaged in a plain white or brown box/envelope.

We cannot guarantee any specific drop-off locations or shipping instructions. It is the sole discretion of the courier and their delivery personnel on whether to leave the package in a secure location or allow a third party to be authorized to receive any package(s) on behalf of the noted recipient. Please be sure to notify any and all parties which may require advanced notice prior to the delivery date to be sure your package is not denied and returned to us. We can not be responsible for any packages that are undelivered due to special requests or unsafe delivery circumstances.

Our shipping costs are dynamically calculated through our website according to the rates posted by UPS and USPS. We offer all forms of international shipping as well as expedited domestic shipping options.

Domestic Customers:

We ship most orders from Utah on the same day if the order is placed by 3:00 PM MST. Weekends and United States Federal holidays are excluded.

NOTE: If the FREE SHIPPING option is chosen we will automatically choose either USPS or UPS for shipping according to our shipping policies. If you have a specific issue with either USPS or UPS, please choose a paid shipping option or if using our FREE SHIPPING offer, please note that in the Additional Comments/Instructions field during checkout. **Free shipping to US lower 48 states only.

Insurance: Vaporstore will insure all packages to minimize any lost, stolen, or damaged items. These costs are automatically included in the shipping cost.

International Customers:

We are not responsible for the loss or damages of any packages shipped via USPS to countries that do not allow us to use Endicia Insurance. To guarantee the safe arrival of your item we suggest using UPS shipping options.

While we have not experienced issues with sending our products to any countries outside the USA, please be aware that you MAY be billed for Taxes or VAT charges based on the value of your order, and depending on your local customs policies. We have no control or knowledge of what the taxes could be or IF they will be added to your shipment. Please be aware of this before placing your order to avoid any confusion later.

International shipping costs are for transit and insurance only and do NOT include any taxes, duties, or customs surcharges that may be collected upon delivery. Please contact your local authority before placing your order to learn what additional fees may be required.

NOTE: USPS is often the cheaper method, does not have guaranteed delivery times, and does not offer insurance to some countries. UPS packages are trackable, do offer guaranteed delivery times, but also charge brokerage fees in addition to standard duties and taxes. Please be advised, the brokerage fee is based on the item value and depending on location. Please consider this before choosing the lower upfront cost. For more information, you may contact UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS) to calculate those fees before ordering.

Insurance and Declared Value:

VaporStore must declare the value of each package for the same amount the package is insured for. VaporStore insures all international orders which could affect shipping costs to certain countries.

International Shipping Policies:

  • All orders over $200 will ship UPS or USPS Express only.
  • All orders under $200 are available to ship using all USPS & UPS shipping options.
  • All international Volcano orders must be shipped UPS or USPS Express Mail only.
  • VaporStore will not ship Volcanoes via USPS to countries that are not insured by USPS. These orders will only be shipped via UPS Worldwide Express.
  • The following countries must have orders shipped either USPS Express Mail International or UPS Worldwide Express for tracking purposes. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or damaged goods send to these countries.

Actual shipping costs will not be calculated until you enter in your full address on the 2nd page of checkout where you will be able to choose specific shipping options.

Here is a quick breakdown of our shipping services provided by USPS. These are estimates as USPS does not guarantee ANY delivery times.

  • First Class Mail = 3-5 Business Days (No tracking available)
  • Priority = 2-3 Business Days w/ Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
  • Express = 1-2 Day, Overnight to most areas w/ Delivery Confirmation

  • Next-Day Air=Guaranteed next day delivery by 7 pm
  • 2nd Day Air= Guaranteed two-day delivery by 7 pm

We are NOT responsible for any delays or lost packages that do not include contact information.

Undelivered/Refused Orders:

If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we are happy to send you a refund check less shipping charges, or you may opt to have us re-deliver. If you choose to have your order re-delivered, you will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

VaporStore does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or returned to the shipper as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by UPS, you are responsible for the $10 intercept fee applied by UPS.

**DO NOT RETURN ANY USED GLASS HANDKIT(S). Handkits must be unused and returned if you are seeking a full refund. All units sent back must be thoroughly cleaned. If either of these two requests is not fulfilled, the package will be refused or discarded immediately with no opportunity for a refund or exchange.

Damaged/Defective Products:

Damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Afterward, items are subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Most defective or faulty units as well as repairs must be handled by the manufacturer. We can provide you with the proper contact information if needed. Any package returned to VaporStore should include your contact information and any order information that you may have to help us diagnose the problem. Also, please include a short description of the product issues to ensure a speedy repair.

Not Satisfied with Your Purchase:

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file your grievance. If the item is unused a full refund or store credit will be issued minus shipping charges whether paid for by the customer or not. There is a mandatory restocking fee applied to any used items up to 20% based on inspection. We also reserve the right to deny a refund on any overly used items that cannot be handled or repaired.
