First of all, everyone I had contact with at this company was amazingly patient and nice. The tower works really well but it takes awhile to get the hang of it. I suggest you buy the party bowl. It is correct for personal enjoyment. I find that filling a bowl so that 2 rings of where it screws together is the most effective. Keep the glass clean for the visual enjoyment. Set the heat to 1 o'clock on the dial. At least that works for me. I am very happy I bought this one. Be sure to buy a second one of anything glass- It's a bummer if it breaks.

I've had a Vapor Bros., a Hot Box, a Purple Daze, a Vapir Oxygen, an Iolite, and I've tried friends' Vapormatics, and the Vapor Tower is far and away the best. Easy to use, easy to clean. The bowls are delicate, but if you don't leave them sitting on the heating element too long, they should last. The rest of my handkit lasted for over 2 years of daily use until I accidentally banged it on the fireplace tools. Hard to imagine a better vape experience.

I also picked the unit up from a local head shop. It has been working great for over a year now. there have been times when I left the element on for up to 15 hours and there is no noticeable change in how hot it get's, or how long it takes to heat up.

I was highly skeptical when purchasing this product, since I had bought a vaporizer from a head shop for $130 and loved it and couldn't imagine why I should spend the extra $70 to buy basically the same thing. After all, a vapor is a vapor, right? Wrong! This unit is superior in every way to the box unit I previously owned. The vapor is smoother, seated between the 2 screens and never touching the heating element, the unit is sturdier, and the company is first rate! Ordered the product on Tuesday and it was at my door Friday morning. I could not be happier with these guys and this unit. I will recommend this to everyone I know!
A Bargain for Smart Design and Good Build.

i've had this unit for over a year. it heats up in about 5 minutes. the handsfree whip-to-base connectors are quality ground glass. it can be easily repaired. the whip parts can all be replaced separately.

It works really well. it's an unobtrusive, hand made product, and the wood picks up a nice patina like old furniture, whereas the volcano would just get dented or scraped. It's a pragmatic, brutal shape, and has only analog controls.

shipping from vaporstore is fast and discreet.

It is at a reasonable price point and you'll be saving a lot money buying smokeables.

There is almost no learning curve with this unit, and NO you don't need instructions. just grind, fill, and inhale hard till your lungs are full.
