We are not responsible for the loss or damages of any packages shipped via USPS to countries that are not allowed to have Endicia Insurance. To guarantee the safe arrival of your item we suggest to use UPS shipping options.
While we have not experienced issues with sending our products to any countries outside the USA, please be aware that you MAY be billed for Taxes or VAT charges based on the value of your order, depending on your local customs policies. We have no control over what the taxes could be, or even IF they will be added to your shipment. Please be aware of this before placing your order, to avoid any hidden surprises later! Insurance and Declared Value:
VaporStore must declare the value of each package for the same amount the package is insured for. VaporStore will insure all Intl. orders this could affect shipping cost to certain countries.

Power Converter:
For Our International Customers outside of the USA you may need a Power Converter to use most of our vaporizers. If a vaporizer we offer would need one it is offered with the vaporizer on the details page of each vaporizer.
If you place an International order for any of our 120 Volt model Vaporizers and we have a question if you need to order our Voltage converter, then we will email you about the upgrade and the hold the shipment for 24 hours. Once that time has passed and we still have not heard back from you, we will release the order and will not be able to combine the shipping on the order.

These units can be used as is with a plug adaptor or will come with the plug of choice.
Vaporizers that use a Voltage Power Converter:
These units do need a voltage step down converter. It is listed as an option for these units.
Vaporizers you currently cannot use Internationally:
These units are currently only for use on 100v-120v. A 220v/240v model will be released in the near future.

These units use a lighter and can be used anywhere as they do not use lighters.
