Umm...are you serious?

This thing sucks big time! After you finally get the thing heated up (you'll use 1 disposable lighter just about) you can get a small bit of vapor that tastes like burnt popcorn, and burns your throat like no other. this thing is garbage, stay away from it. my only guess as to why the ratings are so high on this piece of sh*t, are that the makers, or people who endorse this product decided to make posts to talk it up.

Works well, heats up

I've been using my vaporgenie for over 2 years, and it still works fine. I prefer it to smoking; it tastes better and does not pyrolyze the herbs. I have the original vaporgenie, and the top does get extremely hot with extended use. The newer one heats up to a lesser extent, but still easily enough to burn fingers if one isn't careful. That aside, the vaporgenie is an excellent product that will pay for itself in most cases.
ignition lighter less than expected

i like the vapor genie if i can get it lit. i bought one of the lighters you sell with it and it works about 10% of the time. the flame is never the same when i light it, if it will light at all. i am at a loss as to how people use this lighter, my vapor genie lies unused for this reason.

It has almost totally eliminated the cough I had from years of smoking tobacco and herb. My Genie has been my constant companion for 3 or 4 years. Working perfectly so far. i recommend it to everyone I know. I saw someone said it is not a party thing. I think the reason she said that is the pipe heats up from rapid passing of the pipe. This causes burning. So at least slow down.

I bought mine about 4 months ago. I reasearched all vaporizers, reading every review I could. Being my first vaporizer puchase I figured I did not want to spend a ton of money so I looked into portable smaller vaporizers. I read that it has a learning curve and that was correct but once I figured it out(And did so the first couple times I used it)I have to say it works great. Not only was my herbs lasting longer but they were way more potent than smoking them by lighting them. Also the odor factor is almost none. 60 seconds after your done you can't even tell and it dosent smell like smoke anyway(I guess because it not, its vapor. I highly reccomend the Vapor Genie.

I've always smoked, but I kept hearing about vaporizers, so I bought a VaporGenie vaporizer. I liked its simple look and low cost, but I admit I was a bit scared of it being a rip off.

I'm glad to say I got it working the first time. It's not as hard as it sounds, so don't worry.

And it works great! I couldn't get over how smooth the vapor is compared to smoke. And it makes your supply really last!

Here's a trick you can use for getting extra mileage. Once you think your vaporized material is exhausted, set it aside for a few hours and let it rehydrate. Then try it FIRST THING in the day/morning and see if it's really dead. It usually will still have a bit of life in it. It's just that you don't notice it if you're already at cruising altitude. :)
Great vaporizer

I bought this vaporizer to take out hiking. I already had a Vapir One unit with the bags for at home. (Also another good unit BTW.) There is a bit of a learning curve, though. It took me about 2 weeks to really get the feel of how to use it. Now, it's all I use! I only bring out the bag when friends are over.

A few things to know. I find the pipe tips to have too small an opening, so I drill mine out with a 3/32 or 1/8 bit. Also, buy the extra screens. They tend to gather build up pretty quickly. I burn my screens with the lighter when it gets real bad; then I just brush off the ash.
Works well and it's affordable.

This is a neat product. Takes only a few moments to get the hang of it. Cleans easily. A wonderful transition vape for pipe lovers.

I was skeptical at first about getting the VaporGenie Vaporizer, but after mastering the technique to hit it this little thing gives me some of the strongest head highs i've ever gotten. Doesn't smell much and saves your herb if low. Can't believe i'm saying this but i am very impressed at this vape.
