Returned Repair Packages
If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we are happy to send you a refund check, less shipping charges or you may opt to have us re-deliver it to you. If you choose to have it re-delivered, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address for Repairs
VaporStore does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or returned to VaporStore as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by UPS a $5.00 UPS charged is assessed to the billing party.

For returns contact us first with the issue at hand.

There are some things that do not require the unit to be returned to us for resolution. If the unit does require us to take a look at it, together we will figure out the best way to get the unit back to us then we will provide you complete instructions for making sure your product is returned to you in a prompt secure manner. Sometimes it could be a matter of dropping it back off at the store from which you purchased it as they might have another unit to give you while we take a look at yours...

Please include your contact information, best way to reach you, what kind of product the issue is with that you have, where and when you purchased it if not from us, and include a brief description of your question or problem. We will respond in one business day at most to your email and usually within minutes.

There could be a restocking FEE up to 20% on returns.

And we do NOT accept used products back as returns.
